So How It All Works
Let’s get serious here, data loss is very real. Whether that happens by a simple mistake of a click to having your network compromised and randsomware holds your files hostage.
Here at Cascadia we want to prevent all of those situations from happening.
Our robust cloud system allows for the utmost security for piece of mind and quick, efficient backups. Not only does it grab every single file on the computer (yes every file, no limitations), it locally encrypts the data BEFORE it is uploaded. Oh just wait, it gets better, it is then inside of an encrypted bucket in the cloud itself. Without the designated password, no one can see the data. Yes, that means that we can’t see your files up in the cloud (perfect for HIPAA compliance).
A couple more features that we want to mention is that our system is fully compatible with Windows and Macintosh computers/servers. We can backup all of the connected external drives, any networked drives, other cloud storage services installed on computers, and virtually any other storage location on your computer.
There are limitations for data recovery, so if you notice something isn’t right let us know as soon as it happens. Data recovery is time sensitive!
All in all this is an option to help backup your data. We do not guarantee every file can be recovered or restored.
Each plan above is on a per individual or per business basis.
Typically the Bronze or Silver plan is enough for an individual at home to backup their computer. Where as the Gold and Platinum plan are sizable enough to cover the data stored on a server or multiple workstations, which would cover multiple users. The only limits that we impose are the data caps on each standardized plans.
If your personal needs or business demands require more storage than what our plans currently offer, we can build a custom plan to suit your needs.
This service is primarily used as a preventive measure to backup files on a computer/server. If you are wanting cloud syncing capabilities, please see Cloud Sync.
Cascadia is not responsible for loss of any files. Files are property of the client and are solely the client’s responsibility.
