So How It All Works
So it appears that you are looking to expand your company or figure out a way to sync data between computers or multiple people.
Well you are in the right spot! Cascadia’s Cloud Sync program allows you to have your own private, secured cloud. Yes there are other companies out there that offer their own version of a private cloud to secure your data, but they usually lump it all together and set basic permissions on the folders. We do things a differently, we build you a dedicated, custom cloud server that is unique to just your business or your own personal needs. You will be able to designate who has access to what whenever you want.
Here are some standard features that we want to make sure that you are aware of:
– Sharing individual files via email or customized link –
– Sharing folders and all their contents via email or customized link –
– Configuring external cloud accounts in one central location –
One major feature that we want to highlight is the ability to link external storage locations to your own personal cloud. So if you have some work stuff in Dropbox™ or Google Drive™ that you need to access, you can add your accounts and have easy access to all of your cloud accounts in one screen. Now wouldn’t that make your life a bit easier?
The Bronze and Silver plans are configured to allow individuals to sync various information between multiple computers. The Gold and Platinum plans are configured to allow businesses to collaborate with one another with enough space for each user.
There are no limits to how many computers one user can be signed into with their account. There are desktop and mobile applications that can be configured for use.
If your personal needs or business demands require more storage than what our plans currently offer, we can build a custom plan to suit your needs. This service is primarily used as a sync service to easily access frequently access files. If you are wanting a cloud backup solution, please see Cloud Backup.
Cascadia is not responsible for loss of any files. Files are property of the client and are solely the client’s responsibility.
